REDUCTION OF TAX RATE ON MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS

The effective date of reduction of rate of tax on generators and medical equipment from the existing 12.5% to 4% by circular No. 45/2007 dated 24/10/2007 is with effect from 22/10/2007 and not 22/10/2006.
