exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the
Madhya Pradesh sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par
Kar Adhiniyam, 1976, (No.52 of 1976) the State
Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in
this department's notification specified in column (2)
of the schedule below to the extent and in the manner
specified in column (3) of the said schedule.
