In
exercise of the powers conferred by entry 9 of part III
of Schedule-II of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002
(No.20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the
following amendment in this department's notification
No.FA-5-2006-1-V(70), dated 15-09-2006, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In
the notification, for the words "which is sold by a dealer
registered under the Act, whose principal business is of buying and
selling of motor cars" the words "which is sold by a
dealer registered under the Act " shall be substituted.

This amendment shall come into force from 1st April, 2008.
