In
exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the
Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par
Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 52 of 1976), the State
Government, hereby exempts M/s. Rosy Blue (INDIA) Pvt.
Ltd., Pithampur from payment of entry tax under the said
Adhiniyam, in respect of raw materials or incidental
goods purchased for use or consumption in its diamond
cutting and diamond polishing industrial unit situated
at Pithampur, for the period from 1st February, 2007 to
31st December, 2008.

The exemption under this notification shall be subject to the
condition that if the amount of entry tax pertaining to the period
has been deposited in the treasury, such amount shall not be
refunded.
