In
exercise of the power conferred by Section 10 of the
Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par
Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 52 of 1976) the State
Government hereby exempt the class of dealers specified
in column (1) of the Schedule given below from the
provisions mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule :-
