In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 26-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20
of 2002), the State Government, hereby, notifies the
following goods, which are purchased on or after the
date of coming into force of this notification, for the
purpose of said sub-section:-
1.
Soyabean 2. Mustard
2.
This notification shall come into force from 05.01.08.
