KVAT ACT 2003- filing of Audit Certificate
under Section 42 – time extended – reg
The
last date for filing audit certificate for assesses
other than 'companies' is extended up to 30th November,
2007.
Formal
amendments in the KVAT Rules, 2005 will be made in due
course.
The
assessing authorities shall take note of the change
in the date and shall see that all such certificates
are filed within the said period.
