In
exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the
Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the
Government hereby direct that in Notification SRO 92
dated 22.03.2007 for the figures "31.3.2008"
the figures "31.3.2009" shall be substituted.
This
notification shall come into force with effect from 01.04.2008.
