In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (a) of rule
3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Rules, 2005,
the Government hereby direct amendments in Annexure 'A'
to the notification SRO 351 dated 30.12.2005 as under:-
(i)
In column 3 at S.No.5 against entry "Commercial Tax Circle
Baramulla" the word "Sumbal" wherever appearing shall
be substituted by the word "Pattan".
(ii)
In column 3 at S.No. 6 against the entry "Commercial Tax Circle
Sopore" the word "Pattan" whoever appearing shall be
substituted by the word "Sumbal".
