In
exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the
Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the
Government hereby makes the following amendments in
Schedule "A" and "C" of the Jammu
and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005.
In
entry 79 of Schedule-C, the words "and raw wool" shall be
omitted and in schedule-A the words "raw wool including raw
wool tops" shall be added as entry 55.
