The project of Computerization of the VAT Department of Daman & Diu has
already in progress under the Commercial Taxes Mission Mode Project (CTMMP) of the
National e-Governance plan.
The registered dealers can now upload the soft copy of received statutory forms
(C, F, Hand E-l & E-II forms) from other States/UT's, on the department's website as per
VATSoft application guideline (By uploading tile relevant XML Files) on quarterly basis.
The
submission of physical copy shall only on demand of the assessing officer at the time of
assessment.
The acceptance of received statutory forms (C, F, Hand E-I & E-II forms) shall
completely depend on the verification of forms by the concerned officer.
All are requested to take note of the same and avail the facility.
