A
unique feature of the software is that the Act, Rules, Forms,
Schedule Entries, Commodities, Advance Rulings, Notifications,
Circulars and Judgments have been elaborately cross indexed
to facilitate viewing of all relevant provisions without having
to navigate through the respective menus.

an Advance Ruling on eligibility of input tax credit, the
relevant Sections, Rules and Forms would be displayed.
For
an advance Ruling on the rate of tax of a commodity, the relevant
Schedule Entry and details of the HSN would be displayed.
While
viewing the Section relating to Input Tax Credit, the relevant
Rules, Forms, Advance Rulings and Circulars would be displayed.
FACILITY
TO SEARCH VAT RATE BY COMMODITY DESCRIPTION OR BY HSN

ADVANCE
RULINGS
We
selected Andhra Pradesh as the first State to develop the
software as the Advance Ruling mechanism is functioning very
effectively.
The
Advance Rulings are succinct and would be relevant to interpretation
of VAT Law throughout India. We have , therefore, taken special
care in providing an efficient and powerful search options
in Advance Rulings with a brief gist and keywords to optimise
the utility.
Multiple
search option by Advance Ruling Number, Commodities, Subject
